FAQs

We focus on using eco-friendly materials, minimising waste and creating products that work in harmony with nature. It’s all about Nature’s Natural Cycle and putting something back.

Absolutely. All our products are designed with safety in mind, making them suitable for homes with kids, pets and curious wildlife. Although we don’t suggest your children start chewing on our coir pots!

Nature knows best. By following its rhythms, we create gardens that grow stronger, healthier and more beautifully; with less effort and more joy. Nature already has the solution for a lot of the issues we have as gardeners, so why not keep it natural? For us, gardening should be the most natural thing to do, that’s why we keep everything natural.

Currently, we only ship within the UK, but we’re exploring options to expand in the future. Feel free to reach out if there’s a specific you need some help with though – we're always ready to help if we can.

Small steps make big changes. Start with organic compost, ditch the chemicals and choose sustainable tools (we’ve got some lovely ones to share!).

We’re here to help but sadly we cannot control how well our carriers look after our products. Some boxes may be damaged but the products inside should be fine. If you have any issues, please get in touch with some pictures of the damage and we’ll be sure to help.

Nature's Natural Cycle refers to the continuous, balanced process through which natural elements are recycled and reused in the environment. It involves the growth, decay and regeneration of plants and organisms, where nothing goes to waste. Organic matter decomposes, returning nutrients to the soil, which then supports new life. This cycle maintains healthy ecosystems, promotes biodiversity and reduces the need for artificial interventions. By aligning with this process in gardening, we work with nature rather than against it to foster sustainability and environmental harmony.

Coir is a natural, sustainable fibre derived from the outer husk of coconuts. In our products, coir is used in various forms - coir compost, pots, plugs and mulch mats, for instance — thanks to its excellent water retention, aeration and durability. It’s biodegradable, making it an eco-friendly alternative to plastic-based materials, and supports healthy root growth in plants. As a by-product of the coconut industry, coir helps reduce waste while promoting sustainable gardening practices. Our coir comes from Sri Lanka and is only washed with fresh water, not salt water like other coir variants.

Delivery times can vary depending on the product and your location. Most items are dispatched within a working day but some products, like live plants, natural pest controls or seasonal items, may be shipped when conditions are suitable to ensure quality. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. If you need specific delivery details, please refer to your order confirmation or contact our customer service team for updates.

Natural pest controls like nematodes should be stored in the refrigerator until you're ready to use them. Always check the packaging for specific storage instructions to maintain their effectiveness.

Yes, absolutely! Our coir pots are biodegradable, so you can plant them directly into the soil. They’ll break down naturally, enriching the soil while allowing roots to grow freely.

Many of our products, like coir compost, neem oil and organic fertilisers, work perfectly for indoor plants. Just follow the instructions for application and you’ll have thriving houseplants in no time.

Yes, we do offer bulk purchasing options for certain products. If you're interested in buying larger quantities, please contact us directly to discuss pricing and availability.

It depends on your garden’s specific needs. Feel free to reach out to us with details about your garden and we’d be happy to recommend products tailored to your plants, soil and goals.

Most of our products are vegan-friendly, as they are plant-based and free from animal-derived ingredients. However, products like Biohumus (worm compost) are natural but involve worms in their production process.

Yes, all our fertilisers are organic and safe for edible crops. They’re free from chemicals, making them perfect for fruits, vegetables and herbs. Although, do be aware, Biohumus worm compost is, essentially, worm poo!
