We really try to despatch your orders as quickly as possible, and you should certainly receive them within 7 - 10 working days.

Sure you will like everything you receive, but as many of our items are hand finished, and all certainly hand packed, we may not get it right some times.

If this is the case, please return within 30 days and we will refund or replace - whichever you would prefer.

Although our post and packing costs are normally far higher than our flat rate charge to you, we really think it is more helpful for you to know exactly and simply what the cost will be when you buy things.

That is, rather than having to calculate from a table showing charges per weight.

So the cost is the same, whatever you would like to order.

Oh - and all our packing is recycled, you may be surprised where the boxes came from originally !
