(on your base)
Taken as he just sat watching Nature’s world constantly bustling all around him.
Well with your Byron Summerhouse you can do the same - all year long !
Robins nest building, Thrushes snail searching, Green Woodpeckers ant hunting, Frogs mating ( I would just hate to be female Frog), so much life will carry on around you as you sit quietly observing.
Have a problem, just sit and watch a while, it always puts things into perspective.
The Byron summerhouse then is a wonderful observatory to see so much life in your garden.
But it can be so much more !
A centre around which the summer party eddies and circulates, a wonderful place for breakfast, lunch or supper ( or just coffee and the papers).
An office, a quiet place for teenagers to revise hard (O.K., we can dream) an overspill bedroom, a hobby room, a gossip club clubhouse ( I, of course, never gossip) or, simply, just somewhere to go to get a bit of peace and quiet.
The Byron’s uses are only limited by your imagination, so there’s no limitations !
The Byron is near 10’ tall at it’s highest ( 2.99m) and 12’ 7” square (3.84m.) including the Patio deck ( ideal if you want to nod off in the Sun !)
Each of the two sets of folding doors, and the central opening windows, have brass fittings and all the glazing is in unbreakable 4mm styrene.
The planed tongue and grooved wood is 14 mm thick and of course comes with all the guarantees that Forest Garden is renown for.
Remember though, as with all our Garden Buildings, you will need a good firm base.
It’s not difficult to make one, perhaps even concrete, but it must be firm and level
The Byron does come with very easy to follow instructions, and there is huge satisfaction in just standing back and admiring what all your hard work has created.
Remember though this is a seriously sturdy building, which is built to last.
Therefore it’s parts are heavy and sometimes cumbersome, so you will definitely need an extra strong pair of hands to assemble it.
Alternatively, and I know it costs some extra dosh, why not let the chaps who built your Byron summerhouse assemble it for you ?
Go out for the day, have a lovely long lunch, and come back to see the new addition to your home.
