(on your base)
Well I say ‘dainty’, because it looks so delicate: but it’s a really strongly built 5’ 10” to the eaves and nearly 10’ to its highest point, a wide 9’ 3” ( that’s about 2.8 m ) and 8’ 1” deep ( about 2.46 m).
O.K., not quite big enough for the Bands that used to play on Gazebos in the park,
( there I go showing my age again ) but great for family use , or just for being selfish and stretching luxuriously out.
(Although it does come with 3 benches, but you can hide these !)
As with all our Gazebos, Pergolas, Arbours and other garden buildings you will need a good level base before you start the assembling, which is very easy to do.
Joe made ours with tanalised wood, planks 15 cm x 2cm fixed with galvanised clout nails to 5 x 5cm cross pieces.
He then jumped up and down a bit with Ian, my brother in law and head of our ‘I.T’., to get it level.
Oh that reminds me, unless you are going to get your Pergola assembled by our experts, I really recommend an extra pair of strong hands to help lift the heavy parts. Your Gazebo is very sturdily made, so is no lightweight, it just looks delicate !
