......And other things we could not resist means we garden free of peat, plastic waste and chemicals.
(And without continually battling on the ‘pest’ frontline !)

We believe that the most satisfying way of gardening is to use the natural cycle of nature. We use it to produce and offer the most wonderful plants and herbs (vegetables too - but we eat them all ourselves!)

We have tried and tested all the natural gardening aids offered here, with many developed by ourselves. The photographs of plants and flowers, apart from one or two, have been taken by various ’co-opted’ family members in our garden.

We don’t wear hair shirts, eat only home made muesli, make our own shoes or cycle absolutely everywhere, but we do try to think how we can move a little further towards a greener future - simply by not wasting the present.

Every little step helps, and we hope all the goods we offered here make these steps fun, enjoyable and very, very rewarding.
